Legend R5 v10
System has 16 lines coming into it, all of a sudden they can not receive any incoming calls. When you call, you can hear the system pick up the call (when it should be ringing into the console phone), it then goes to a short dial tone, and then to the internal 'error' tone. There is no AA or any kind of VM set up. Any ideas? I'm going to head in early tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone has any ideas.
I did have them plug a basic telephone into a few of the incoming lines and test it out to be sure its not a telco issue.
Also, outgoing seems to still work fine.
Could this be some kind of coverage issue to an invalid extension?
The receptionist there has been known to 'play around' on the console phone when she is bored, so hopefully its something simple.
Thank you, Nick

if the operator in getting into the programming mode at the console...then change it to another station...they may have programmed the incoming line or lines for dedicated remote access...that what it sounds like what your describing.
