I recently reprogrammed from scratch a R5 Legend, due to the system being defaulted from somebody within the business (and not having a working back-up like i thought mad ). (one of their employees looked up how to default the system, thinking that would correct a problem they were having receiving calls) Everything seems to be working fine, there haven't been any complaints except that you can only reach the operators console by dialing 100, 0 will just reach a busy tone. Did i miss something here?

The operator is set up as a QCC (they have a fairly heavy call volume with 29 lines)

No 0 from AA or Internally? If volume is heavy you better have DLC than QCC because on DLC you can set up to 8 SA buttons compare only to 5 on QCC.

Sorry, forgot to specify -- cannot dial 0 internally.

Unfortunately they have been set up with the QCC since long before I came around there and that's their preference.

0 is a first port on the 1st MLX card. If your operator is a different port that might be your problem.

The operators console is indeed connected to 01/01, this has got me baffled!

Its stupid to ask but maybe DND or Busy button is pressed? Check for QCC in Call Setup option or Dial 0 is available for QCC

Nope, I triple checked that lol! The console is reachable by dialing 100, however 0 will just reach a busy tone.
