I've been asked to rearrange some lines on a Merlin (408). I've not worked on a Merlin (not may down here) and I would like to find a copy of the programing manual.
Any suggestions?

Switching the lines around at the control unit is pretty simple.
But to answer your question, you can download the manual from the Avaya website.

Also you may want to look at exactly which Merlin you have.
They made a 206,410 and 820 single carrier small systems.
When you say 408, are you talking about a GS/LS MLX card in your Merlin Legend?
But which ever it is, you should be able to download the doc's from the Avaya web-site.
