Every entry from 0 to 15 has to have 4 digits to expect. If you have more then 1 entry specified then you have to assign all 15 of them. As I understood you have only 2 DID numbers which is not part of the range but been ported over. I would set System Call Routing Table by Numbering Plan verses by line. Do you have any other DID numbers besides those 2?

First off, NO, you DO NOT NEED TO POPULATE ALL TABLES WITH 4 DIGITS EXPECTED. You only have to populate what you need.
Second, does 9494 Route to 100, and does 6371 Route to 777?
And of course, are they sending 4 digits?
Plus, does your Dial Plan match the Digits being sent?
RULE NUMBER 2, "THINKIN' WON'T GET IT, YOU GOTTA KNOW!" RULE NUMBER 3, if you need TIER-3 SUPPORT on a LEGEND or MAGIX, go to http://home.comcast.net/~merlinman -

Well soon I will have a test set up on this deal. I thought I had Dial Plan routing ? I have only two numbers to initially worry about. 9494 goes to the operator and 6371 to voice mail. (set as 777 in this system). There are two incoming and outgoing groups. Telco points one number to each group. And the tenants each dial out on one group. (This is for billing purposes). Yes they are sending 4 digits, they say.

very easy to test, make a station 6371,& 9494 call them from your cell ,does that station answer, if not than they are not sending the correct digits or numbers

cvrbob, No offense but if that would be all you need to do on the Magix to troubleshoot incoming calls then we would have nothing to talk about.
