Must have something to do with the gray hair but I'm stumped. I've got a customer with a Magix that want's the Unified Messaging activated. I thought I had everthing set up correctly but the logs look like the SMTP is wanting authentication. Could someone tell me where I address this please.

SMTP authentication is nothing more than the User Name and Password for the (outgoing) mail account.
Are you seeing this error in the umslog.csv log?
