Is it supposed to work? It doesn't seem to be supported and so far I haven't been able to get the services to start.

I'm not sure if it will or not. We always put VM Pro on a dedicated PC only. We never put it on the customers server.

I can't remember off the top of my head, but I don't think Server 2003 is supported.
Can you wipe the PC and load just plain XP on it?

It's a server-class machine with no XP drivers or license. It was purchased new with '03 server. Avaya lists 03 32-bit as supported with VM Pro but has had the 64-bit versions as unsupported.
