The Avaya site has the software for Unified Messaging, under the 4.0 site.
I have a customer with either a 2.0 or 2.5. They dont list the software for either.
Will the 4.0 work? Does someone have the 2.0 or 2.5 software?

The 4.0 will not work with the 2.5, they are different.
