I have aproblem when I call the line it goes to
the VM an. can someone can help me get the first
steps of finding the problem on the programming.
can they send me a manual for programing if they have one. I really sorry but I try to learn the
programming. what is the best way to learn.

the other problem is that the system has a door page system which is not working too. how can

Would be not a bad idea if you can provide us with info what kind of Avaya system you are having a trouble with?
Secondly you can click on Installers tab on the top of our Forum and start looking for tech in your area but I doubted you can find anybody good for $25/h. For experience and knowledge you have to be ready to pay a fair price.

In addition to telling us what model and revision system you are working with, providing us with a somewhat clearer description of what the system is doing and what you are wanting it to do would help get things moving along.
