We have an IP Office 406 v2 that we currently use 3 separate conference bridge lines. If you are internal, we just dial *14, *15 or *22 to access the conference lines. External visitor dial a DID which prompts them for an access code and passes them to the appropriate conference line. Is there a limit to the number of conference lines we can have? I know the USER limit per conference, but I want to know is there a limit to the NUMBER of configured conference lines we can have. We certainly don't anticipate using all of them at the same time, but having one for Marketing, one for Accounting, one for Sr Management, one for Customer Service, etc... how many can we have?

You have a 64-party bridge (64-concurrent conference members on the system) with no real limit on number of bridges you can pre-configure (i.e. *14 is a pre-configured bridge on your system). There is only a certain amount of memory in the system, but configuring 20 or 30 bridges shouldn't put you over a limit. Mike

We can have multiple number of conference bridges but the user count on all the bridges should not exceed 64, that is the max limit on the IPO 406

Also take in to consideration the amount of lines or chanels that you have installed in your switch. For outside conference bridge every connection takes one line or chanel. So if you have only one PRI you wont be able to connect more then 23 people at the same time.
