I need some assistance if theres anyone out there
that is familiar with this vmail system.

It appears pretty straight forward but I need some clarification on transfers to a cover ext
out of vmail.

One ext is already set up and when system is in
night service, he has greeting that says he is not available, press 1 323 to transfer to ext
that is covering for me or 0 for the operator.

When i try to set the others up like this they
revert back to the same ext as called.
For example: calling 328 and using a greeting
to press 1 324 to transfer to ext covering for
me reverts back to ext 328.

All exts are set with same COS.
In documentation, it seems that the v-tree setup
is the way that this should be set up, there
are 14 options that can be set up, and on 9 buttons (I think).,Don't know if the v-tree options are hidden, so I couldnt tell if the 335
ext which is working like it should is set up with the v-tree programming or not.

Any thoughts how this can be resolved would be
greatly appreciated.

Wow, this is the first time I have heard of that thing. I assume it's being used with a Legend or Magix? Dunno if anybody is going to be able to help you, it's pretty obscure.

From what I get out of it the V-tree will shoot it to another mail box, I would think you would want to use [No Answer / Call Blocking] and [Busy] menu instead and point it to whatever station you choose.

Perhaps TTT will come along and know more.
