I have just taken on a motel the system is a legend with 63 rooms. The problem is that as of last week none of the rooms can place calls to 800 #'s no problem with local calls.The console ( mlx20l) can make 800 calls no problem. Went into programming, 800 # are allowed and no restrictions on extensions. When you dial a 800# there is no wave of tone just dead air.

Check your ARS tables, see if 1800 is sent through its own route, and if so, see what pool is used, then check the trunks for dial tone.
