I've been told there is no DID-to-Ext translation capability in the Legend. In other words, your DID range has to match your extension numbers.
I can't believe this to be true.
So, we're helping to move a Merlin Legend later in the month. Currently the customers DID's last 4 digits match their 4-digit extensions. But at their new facility, the DID range is consecutive numbers, but first and second digit differ from the existing extensions.
How do I deal with the new DID range?

If you have a PRI, there is a Routing Table with 16 entries, so you can set it to expect 4 digits, delete 2 digits (the first 2, which don't match your extension range), and add specific digits (the first 2 digits of your existing extension numbers) and viola! - call is delivered.
Grab the manual from the Avaya support site, it goes into great detail on PRI programming.
