I have a analog ext. that canot send touch tones does anyone know where in the user settings i can change this. It's a fax line that has to dial an access code to make long distance faxes. Also How do I make it a house phone to dial 9. It is also connected to a PRI.

Are you talking about not being able to send the LD codes during the call?
If you want to keep the LD codes, you need to have the users dial the number, and insert the appropriate number of pauses (using the comma) then their LD code.
If you can get them to only use 1 LD code for faxes, you can enter that into a user short code with the appropriate number of pauses, or with the "Y" short code character). I have not had good luck with this, as the IPO, gets the call progress, but the LEC never recognizes the tones being sent to the LD company.

IN IPO the dialling method by default is enabled as DTMF rather than rotary...
It should work fine without any issues.. R u facing this issue in the analog extensions alone..
DO you face this problem when outward dialing or for any type of call..(ie, Both internal and external)
