Greetings, I have a customer that I am dealing with for the first time and I have not had a chance to visit the site in person. They have a Partner 3x8 SN 97SP29181271 in a 5 slot carrier located in the middle slot and a 3x8 SN A31621212265 resides in the first slot on the left. The middle card is maxed out and they wish to expand co lines and exts. The card on the left is vacant, will it work? Also can an away button be programmed on these systems as well as the ability to transfer to off premise locations? (cellphones, homephones, etc). Thanks in advance for any responses.

"Yes" for the first question.
The card in the first slot is an expansion module. It covers lines 4->6 and extensions 18->25.
I Love FEATURE 00

Another question for madame Zelda. She says you won't know until you connect some CO lines and phones to it.
Your ACS processor, from the SN looks to be probably an R2 or R3 (1997) so it doesn't support RCF. When you get there do a feature 59 and see what release it is. Unless it has been already, it can be upgraded to an R6 that does support RCF.
