I'm taking over a Definity ECS for a customer, expecting support from the secondary market and tech support sites, as well as here. My question is, do the newer Definitys still have a SAT connection and if so, would I be able to telnet to that port via RS232 using a Precida I-Pocket? I already have modem access using a modified PUTTY program called TUTTY available here: https://putty.dwalin.ru/?downloads I've been looking for a 513 terminal emulation program for months and so far this one really fits the bill. Thanks

tutty works fine for most things but its probably in your best interest to get a hold of Avaya Site Administration as well.
