Customer has this adapter connected to two sources feeding one HOH input. anyone seen this configuration before? One port doesn't work, but I have never heard of connecting two sources to 1 input. System is a Definity ECS / Guestworks.
Thanks

Did you try using a new MOH adapter?

This may help.

Not yet. Before I do, I want to make sure the customer isn't pulling my leg. The link you provide is info to connect a second MOH source to another analog port.
This customer has two seperate sources connected to one adapter. My question, is this moh adapter designed to do this? It has what appears to be two inputs and one output.
