Moved a customer with IPO. Using one the analog ports for faxing. In manager, how do you program the analog port to use an outside line without dialing 9? Version of cabinet is 4.2.

You will need to go into Button programming on the sets.
With 4.x, you need to do the intercom buttons first. Then, you can just put appearance>Line>choose trunk number and how it should ring....
