Has anybody had this issue. Pc working fine, services say running, but no voicemail. As soon as you restart the services the vm works fine again.

Have you turned the firewall off? Run the Firewall.bat file, just to make sure.
Look at the system log for errors, it could be a corrupt install.

Make sure your licenses are recognized also. VM Pro runs for a while without them but will stop and need restarted in that case.
