I think I already know the answer, but... On our VMPro configuration we have it set such that a call comes in and is received by the auto-attendant. During the greeting, the caller can press 1 for sales, 2 for order status, etc... After pressing a number, the caller is then transferred to the correct Hunt Group and they hear Music on Hold. Is it possible that while hearing the MoH for 3 or 4 minutes, they can hear greeting #2 (all agents are busy, blah blah...) and have the option of pressing 5 to get transferred OUT of the hunt group to an extension to leave a message? I am not sure that this is possible becuase there is no place during MOH to accept input... If this is NOT possible, whould you suggest a different method to make this possible?
Thanks AP

Yes, but you need to make the hunt group something other than collective call waiting. And turn queuing on.
Look at the knowledgebase under voicemail pro install...
