We have a customer that has the Avaya IP Office 5.0.18 (we upgraded from 4.0). They use analog trunks dedicated to each extension. They do not use AA. When they call from outside to each DID, the call rings 6 times and then voice mail picks up. They want to call in remotely to get their voice mails using either a short code or any kind of code without using AA. Does any one have a suggestion to be able to do this without using the auto attendant? We appreciate your help. Thanks :toothy:

You can do in bound routing off of the CID and then have that call go straight to the persons VM or where ever you want.

Yeah, route a incoming call route to voicemail.
Otherwise using an AA is the only way.

Are you using Voicemail Pro or Embedded Mail?
