I've got an interface coming up with our PMS vendor. I have been asked to do the interface but I have never worked with Intuity Audix 6 Port Voice mail. How would I check the baud Rates for this system just...or does it use a CLAN integration?

As in the post above...when you do the "list data" it should show you what you have going on...
Good Luck

I know how to do it from the PBX to the Voice mail its from the Voice mail to the PMS. It is coming out of the printer port. Turns out the Call accounting is also on the Voice mail. The Call accounting is a Intuity Homisco.

So the system is using "Guest Works" I would suggest going to the Avaya Support website and looking up the doc's for it..or a quick web search with give you more documentation than you know what to do with about it...

The avaya support site has all the manuals. If you can't find it there, then you need a tech with knowledge.
