trying to figure this thing out on the voicemail. avaya documentation is not so great.
this is what i want to do is to have option 5 in the main greeting be for direction. they press 5 and it go to a mailbox that does not take messages and will transfer to either 10 or back to the main greeting. any ideas are any of these things going in?

First you have to identified the order of Dialing by name : Firs and Last or last and First for Auto Attendant. Then go to action, double click 5 and choose DialbyName option.

Yes, you can transfer to a mailbox, but there is no way to turn the ability of leaving a message in that mailbox like there is on Voicemail pro.
