Partner ACS R1 3x8 Processor Module the 8 extensions are not working. You hear static when you pick up the phone. The 3 lines work and you can still program the system. The phones work on the 206EC card.

I believe that the processor needs to be, at least, an R2 or R3 (I'm not sure which one) in order to use the 308EC module. You could either use 206EC modules or upgrade to an R8 processor.

Turn off system Remove 206 card Turn system on If phones do not work, bad processor card Simple as that.

I think I mis-read the problem. Sorry guys. If the issue is that the extensions on the main processor are dead, but the extensions on the expansion module are good, then hitechcomm nailed it.
