Have an ACS R6 with a strange ringing issue..it's in hybrid mode w/T1 module and did's. User say's calls for station 12 ring on station 11 and call's for station 11 also ring at station 12. Looked remotely and their are no buttons programmed on either station other than "pool" Any suggestions as to what to look for..Going to head over there this AM as this is a cust. report so who really know's what is going on. Supposedly been happening since conversion to hybrid mode and T1. Thanks !!

Look at the Did program and also make sure they haven't forwarded them to each other. Other then that it almost sounds as if 11 and 12 aren't really what you think they are. Do a feature 00 at the stations to be sure they are what they should be.

Well, Russ you hit it on the head...Cockpit trouble with the guy that put it in (that would be me) Station 11 and 12 both mapped to the same did.......grrrrrr. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
