Trying to help a guy out who is dealing with a lost password on a MLM 007. He's going to try the console login using the 5 letter c word or the one ending in 4. (I assume we can't post that here) If that does not work, can anyone help reset the password without defaulting the 007? Feel free to PM me.

Thanks DTMF but the the label is missing. I have instructed him to get a serial cable and hook his laptop up to the console. What is the procedure for examining the system to extract the password? Is there a password prompt for the 007 when you use the console?

Your talking about two different passwords PM Cook.
Listen to Russ and be willing to pay him to help you reset it.

Thanks guys. None of the passwords worked. I used the DagwoodSystems patented (pending) method and it worked like a champ. Turns out the hard drive was replaced. The on-site person found the sticker on the back of the unit but it did not work. We got it done finally.
