I have a real estate office that I want to sell an IP office. He wants to use only cell phones for the agents. Can we do this? He doesn't care about being able to transfer back to the system once the call reaches an agent. Or let me ask this another way, what cool things can be done to keep these field workers connected to the office.

Make users for the cell phone agents, and forward them to the cell phones. Use a PRI for the service, and if the provider allows you to set the outgoing CID, the original caller's CID will follow to them.

Does he not want "ANY" office phones? How would he receive inbound calls to his office?

Also look at docs for One-X Mobile - there are some cool apps. As TTT says, use PRI (or SIP). Analog wouldn't work as well, unless you use Centrex transfers. Mike

Thanks Guys,
I am going through the oneX stuff now. I wish the docs for all these things were more cohesive.
