IPO 500 V2.
Customer is using internal auto answer feature on salesmans phones. If a call is transfered to the salesman, it beeps and he has the call. Is the a button to reject this? The problem they have is that they are often on a cell call with a client when the call comes to the desk phone. I would think that the phone system sees that as a completed transfer, so he will have to transfer it back to the front desk. Any ideas about how to make it easy for them to send call back? I have thought about a button that does a transfer back to receptionist.

You could always ask the salesman to put on DND
|
