I recently aquired a customer who moved his own phone system from one location to another. The system lost power and had to be reprogrammed. Everything works except that when the AA picks up after 4 rings it goes to ext 10s VM box greeting instead of the AA greeting. All the recordings are still saved. How can I get the system to revert back to answer using the main AA greeting? Thanks for any help.

I assume this is a ACS as you didn't say.
Look at programs #505, #206,#506, #507 and make sure you have them set up, it sounds like 505 isn't set to the vm ports.
