Is there a way or a report out there that will allow us to see when a mailbox was last accessed?

You could run the command ( disp act (Ext. number) )
example: (disp act 4567) this will tell you when the user logged into there mail box, how many messaged they have and what they do with them. However there isn't a report that I know of that will tell you if a mail box is idly for any period of time.
