Trying to set delay ring to AA. The vm ports(4) are under grp call 770 and pool 70. The vm prog seem ok, delay ring to AA, but incoming calls do not ring the VM. Was with comsail TS 3 times today with no sucess, I know we are missing something, lucent installed 15 years ago.
Thanks guys Gary S

Remove pool 70 from 770, and reassign to an unused calling group. Make that group time-based overflow to 770, and create a matching mailbox in the Merlin Mail with a COS that will steer the call to the Auto Attendant.
PM me if you need detailed instructions.

Was back on site, did everything all you techs ask. still did not work. Finally I went into lines/trunks dialed the vm ext (4 ext) touched each line from red to green, set the vm ports to delay and yes now it works. Sometimes we look for the difficult and the simple is the problem. thanks again Gary S.
