Does the Ip Office have a feature that would allow a supervisor to go back through call logs and find out what calls have been made by extensions? Specifically, can the supervisor search by a number(555-555-5555) and find out who and when dialed or answered the call. Shoretel says they can do this and I want to know if a comparable thing exists in IPO.

Can't really do this on the phone system from a central location (although I suppose you COULD use OneX portal and log in as various users to scan their logs - but that would be a pain in the patooee). However, we capture SMDR on almost all of the IPOs we have running - allows you to do this same thing. The pre-R6 systems, we just use DeltaServer. R6 we use a third-party capture utility. Mike
