Can anyone tell me what numbers to use off an old system so I can search for a replacement for it?

Since you posted in the Avaya section im guessing its a merlin, partner, legend, magix, definity.

If you post product there are several members here that can walk you thru the rest

In looking thru your previous 40 posts ,It seems like a strange question to ask

If you are reading the telephone, you probably need to go to the control cabinet and see what is in the center slot. Some ACS's have the release on the housing, some don't.

Because processors can be flashed to a higher revision, pressing "FEATURE 5 9" on any system telephone that has a display will reveal the true software release.
