I want to change a Merlin Legend R7 V12 CKE4 from Key to Pool. The System has a Merlin Messaging Voice Mail. Will I lose any programming?

Yes, some things will change. Back it up first, so you can return if Key Mode if necessary.
The lines will automatically go into pool 70, and be assigned to the Operator positions. You may end up removing unused lines from the pool, and removing the lines from the phones, then putting back the features that were overwritten by the lines.
Could be "interesting" - figure out what you want to happen ahead of time.

If lines are assigned directly to the VM ports, they will be removed automatically (as lines in pools can only be assigned directly to Operator positions)
To then direct the incoming calls to the Auto Attendant, you assign the POOL to the VM calling group, or for delayed answer to an unused calling group that overflows on a time basis to voice mail.
For outcalling from the voicemail, mailboxes will dial 9 and the number, which will route the call out through ARS
