The operator said they changed the password of her extension, 110, and now they cannot log in. I re-initialized the password and that did not help. I deleted and recreated the mailbox and that did not help. I changed the password length to 5 and re-initialized. That did not help. Every login attempt gets a "login incorrect" message. I checked the call answer operator and it was 110 as was the general mailbox owner. I've never run into an issue like this. Help.

You say the user can't login to there mail box, but can you login to there mail box. You may have Touch Tone dial issues on there phone or Touch Tone receiver issues in the Merlin Legend.

OK, you can log into the System Administrator's mailbox.

110 is the General Mailbox owner.

Is the user trying to log into 110, or 9991?

So play the mailbox configuration for 110. What is the Class-of-Service?

I think LOCG is right. 110 is not really a mailbox with COS of 15. So if I am not mistaken they need to log in to 9991 since 110 is the owner.

And that's why why you can't log into "mailbox" 110 - it's just a pointer to the AA.
