Day 2 of the install and when we came in this morning most phones didplayed DHCP CONFLICT. By rebooting the phones all was fixed. Needless to say this could be a HUGE problem. Any help would be great. We are using the integrated DHCP server in the IP500.

IT is exactly what it says. You have another piece of electronics acting as a dhcp server thus creating a conflict.
