On our IP Office 406 we have several hunt groups. Each group is setup to ring in ROTARY mode and all hunt groups have multiple members. This morning was the second time this has happened in the last 2 weeks. A call was received through our general SALES queue. The call was presented to 2 CSRs at the same time. One answered the call and began a conversation with the customer. The other CSR picked up her ringing call about 8 seconds later, heard our on-hold music and then heard the other CSR on the line with the customer. The customer could hear BOTH CSRs. Again, this does not happen often, but when it does no one can troubleshoot why. Do you have any ideas as to WHY this is happening? I can provide additional information if you need.

What kind of trunks? Is it possible that the crossover was outside of the phone system?
