I have Definity J58890T and 70% of the time my 866 route to my LD and not to local carrier causing 866 number not to dial out. My screen is bad so I only see 2/3 of the screen. can someone type the step to program the definity so that my 866 number work the same as my 877 number. Or what I need to type to show me what I need to know to change the setting to look like my 877 setting.

Sounds like you need to set it up in ars ana...
"change ars ana 1877" should get you where you need to be.....
Set it to go out over your local trunks
