I have taken out 3 incoming lines to our office. I need to delete them from the system so the rollover doesn't go to these three lines. It has been quite some time since I have done this Helpppp

The "Rollover" comes from the CO, not controlled by the switch at all. If the lines were canceled with your supplier, there's nothing that HAS to be done unless you want to clean up the system programming.

I don't want to have 3 dead lines to go through when I pick up the phone to make a call. I need to take them out of the hunt group so I will only have 4 live lines.

Well, you know the phone, but not the system. Call a tech, they can dial into your MERLIN LEGEND and fix this for you as long as you know where those lines were in the hunt order.

I think this will put you in the ballpark. This is how to add a line to an extension....

Extensions→Lines/Trunks→Dial ext. no.→Enter→
Entry Mode→Dial line/trunk no.→Enter→Back→Back

From your description, the lines were used for both inbound and outbound. Now that they are dead, they need to be removed from the outbound pool. But you're going to need to know the trunk numbers, and the pool that they were assigned to. PM me if you have this info, and I'll be glad to help you.

Trunk numbers were 801, 802 and 807. Don't know the pool. I have deleted these numbers from AA 1.
