I have a client on an IP Office 406 V2 with 4.0 (14) software. They have some 4412 Phones. Our plan is to upgrade the software on the IP Office to 5.0 series. Can anyone confirm if the 4412s will work outside 4.0?

On a 500, they will not work on the base cards, but will work on an expansion module, but then only 28 max on a 30 module.
Don't know what you will find on a 406 - you should check the knowledgebase.
