Depends on what you are trying to do. If you want to send a particular CID for all users, you can approach it from the ARS

1xxxxxxxxxx
Dial 3K1
1Ns5085551212

This would send 508-555-1212 to the telco to be sent out.

Actually, it is easier than that IF you have a DID assigned to that extension.

By default the IPO will send caller ID of any extension that has an incoming route setup. So if you have an incoming route built with a DID, and you want to send that number, you just route it through a generic ARS table.

If you have an extension that has a route, but you want to send the BTN or something, then you need to built an ARS table to send the BTN, which would look similar to:
N/Dial3k1/Ns5554446666/LG 0 (which would send 555-444-6666)
1N/Dial3K1/1Ns5554446666/LG 0

Then, once you had that built, you now need to send the users calls there. so for the users that would need the BTN sent, in their user short code tab, make a short code to have the 9N go to the ARS table:
9N/Dial/N/LG ARS table 51

Again, there is a million ways to do things on the IPO, and these instructions would applay to r3.2 and above. older versions had LCR instead of ARS.....

You can also do it in each user under their shortcodes tab, and not have to build another ARS for every user. If their extension matches the DID
like exten 206
then you could setup an ARS that would say
N/Dial3k1/NSiXXXXXXXXE X's are the number of the DID, E says to match the extension to the last part of the outgoin number
