We have installed a second console in a large department. Calls from staff, or customers, pressing zero are also coming to this console.
Is tenant groups the answer? We want every one that dials zero to got the principal console. We bought the console for the DSS function for that department.

Tenant is probably the only way your going to get that to work for you...it's auto assigned to the attendant group 1 tenant 1. Even making it "night only" won't help I doubt. What version is your Definity?
