I love the 5400/5600 series phones. I don't like the new 1400/1600 phones as much. What do you sell for new systems? Also, does the 5600 phones support the VPN software like the 9600's do?

Yes, you can do VPN with the 56xx.
I would sell the 54xx until they are EOL, they are great phones.
With R7 (March 24) there will be new phones. New 96x11's and digital version of the 96xx phones, the 95xx.
Answer, 54xx

We have had really good luck with the 14/1600's. Personally, I like them better than the 54's.
Thanks for the info Matt, a digital 96xx would be assume!

I have been selling mostly the 1400 series, Although I do like the 5400 series for a few reasons. One being the paperless labels, another being the display. I like the display for visual voice mail and for the speed dials etc. I find that it is easier for the customers.
