I am using a hyper termial to get into smdr on merlin legend. Is 1200-8-N-2 to correct setting?

no need to reply to this post, i found some information looking at older post. However none of the old post setting work. lot of info on this site, but nothing seems to work with my equipment.

Is a 355A adapter being used? SMDR ports can go bad....so....if everything is configured properly, that could be the situation.

By default, the SMDR doesn't spit out anything under 40 seconds, so make sure you have adjusted your settings in programming to capture the correct calls. An ofcourse, use a 355 adapter.
