I working on a 2 cabinet Merlin System with a 12 port Merlin Messaging In Skin Voicemail. I recently had to swap some cards around and after the switch there were several programming gremlins that popped up. The phones used to always display new and old messages, after the swap this has stopped. Does anyone know what this option would be called? Thanks

If your swap affected logical ID's on the extensions, check that all of the VM ports are in the calling group and rotary enabled.
