Is this a hybrid system in that I can mix Partner phones and IP phones? I seem to remember hearing that you could only use Partner phones with this version.

Nope, no IP phones.
But you can use up to (18) Partner Euro style phones then finsh the rest with 14XX digital sets.

I cannot find the 95 series, just the 96 and those are IP phones.

Matt is refering to the new R.7 release which won't be out until later this month.

March 23 R7 will be available as well as the 95xx phones.

eh, it appears I was wrong. 54xx are not supported in Partner Edition.
