I am working on an IP Office that seems to disable CDR at random. I activate it and a week or 2 later I get a call the call accounting is not working. When I check the IP Office CDR is turned off. This will be the 3rd time I have to turn it back on. Any suggestions?

Check the Audit trail, see if someone is doing it on accident....
