group, one of our techs had to replace an old Partner ACS R3.0 processor yesterday and put a R5 in it's place. Reprogrammed everything but the problem is that when call group 71 is either directly dialed from intercom or a CO line is transfered from AA to group 71, it says "your call is being transfered to the receptionist" and sends it to 10. None of the other phones in group 71 ring. We don't work on a lot of these Partner systems and I know I've run into this before but can't figure it out. Tried searching here but not finding the answer...any help is appreciated!

I think that one of the voicemail ports is a member of group 71 and shouldn't be. Mike
