If it's a digital set such as a 44xx, you can always tie a Bogen strobe to the speakerphone. It requires a little "surgery"--but nothing complicated. Digital sets ring through the speaker...an analog component (many strobe sets need an analog trigger).

With the S/N that the OP posted, I would be willing to bet that it's a Partner phone and not a 44XX. I could be wrong, ........I mean it has happened twice that I know of in the last 44 years. LOL.

Right you are Mike. Comcode 700340193 is a Partner 18D in black.

So then the aux port should have ring voltage. Does the strobe light require an external power supply?

As I see it, the problem you now face is that the Partner phones' AUX port doesn't offer standard ring voltage. You'll have to look at Wheelock or one of the other specialty manufacturers to secure a bell or strobe that triggers on as little as 38V.
