Do any Partner Acs Releases offer Display name and number for speed dial directory our are you still handing the customer a piece of paper....

No, they do not.
If you need that feature, I would recommend going with an Avaya IP Office.
I'm sure that your aware of the ACS being discontinued as of Nov. 2010?
