I replaced a users phone with a new 5410, use to have 5402. Now none of the buttons (transfer, hold, conference) work. Also in IP office manager, the button programming the button programming is not correct. Button 1 has Action - Appearance, and Action Data lists a=, instead of call 1.
IP Manager is seeing the phone as a 5410. Not sure what could be wrong.

Another question is... Are the buttons programmed in user rights or ext. only? If in UR, is the ext a member of that UR group?
